Welcome to the DHHS Health Information System Web Site.
This web site contains information about the State of North Carolina’s Health Information System (HIS). From this site, you can access HIS related communication/announcements, training and instructional resources, HUG User Group information and other key resources to assist you with using HIS.

This web site is configured as a document repository. Navigation tabs along the left hand border open folders containing informational documents and sub folders, rather than HTML web pages, which allows you to access and print documents easily without any of the web page formatting.
